new mapbox-gl-native version 
According to https://github.com/mapbox/mapbox-gl-native/blob/master/platform/node/CHANGELOG.md there is no broken features.
Previous version is not buildable now.

d9f8582279 Remove node-pngquant-native dependency 
- Unnecessary native dependency
- It was disabled by default
- Has issues on certain platforms
- Not optimal for production use (performance)
